Our psychiatry and psychology team at CSG provide provider consultation, psychiatric assessment, psychological testing, and symptom management in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Newport News.
Our Psychiatrists
Our board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists are medical doctors who have completed specialty training in the assessment and treatment of child and adolescent psychiatric conditions. Licensed by the state of Virginia, our psychiatrists specialize in diagnosing and treating developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health conditions in children and teens. Our psychiatrists diagnose and treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, substance use, and more. They perform psychiatric evaluations, and may prescribe medications to support a child’s care.

How Often Will My Child Be Seen?
Instead of seeing children on an ongoing basis, we provide outpatient consultation, consisting of several visits, to diagnose and make treatment recommendations.
