Bio:

Dr. Schofer has taken her experiences from the medical office into the community.

She finds great value in working with families to educate that daily lifestyle choices influence health much more than prescribed medicines.

Dr. Schofer infuses discussion about whole food nutrition, daily movement, restful sleep, social connectedness, and mindfulness into interactions.

She builds upon additional training opportunities where she has earned certificates as a Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour, ChildLight Yoga Instructor, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, REACH Institute Patient-Centered Mental Health in Primary Care Mini-Fellowship, and is always trying a new recipe in the kitchen.

She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and is on the pathway towards board certification in Lifestyle Medicine in 2020.
