Bio:
Dr. Kelly Williams is a clinical psychologist in our mental health program.
She has devoted her training and career to the care of children and adolescents needing behavioral and emotional support. She has worked in residential programs, therapeutic and medical foster care systems, family-based services, and outpatient treatment, both in community-based programs and private practice.
She takes a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to children struggling with behavioral and emotional problems and their families. Her philosophy is to meet children and families where they are, and work with them to reach the point where they would like to be.
As a parent herself, she can relate to and partner with families trying to help and support their loved ones facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
Dr. Williams is married and has three children. She’s from the Philadelphia area and loves all things Philadelphia, including cheesesteaks and the Eagles. She is also an avid Nittany Lion fan. She enjoys long-distance running, and looks forward to checking out some new half-marathons in the areas. She is also a beach lover, and hopes to spend free time at Sandbridge Beach.
