Bio:

Born and raised in the nation’s capital, Dr. Wiebke was a faculty member at Indiana University in the Pediatric Pulmonology group serving Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis before coming to CHKD. There, she cared for many children with complex medical problems and special needs.

Dr. Wiebke has developed a strong interest in respiratory physiology and the problems in sleep that affect patients with neuromuscular disorders. In addition to her pediatric pulmonology certification, she is also board certified in sleep medicine and offers help and management to sleep medicine patients at CHKD.

Dr. Wiebke is married to Dr. Eric Wiebke, a surgeon with the Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The couple has four children and enjoys “fixing up” their older home in downtown Hampton. She enjoys reading, sewing and tennis in what spare time she has.
