Jamie E. Wood, CPNP-PC

Bio:

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Professions and a master’s in the field of nursing as a pediatric nurse practitioner, Wood worked as a PNP in primary care from 2012 to 2019. She joined CHKD’s Urgent Care division in late 2019.

She has practiced in a wide range of communities, from rural settings to busy cities to an overseas military clinic in Italy. Born and raised in Ohio, she met her husband at OSU and they have moved around the U.S. and abroad with the U.S. Navy. They have three children, a dog, and a cat. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family outdoors and traveling.
